Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
• Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the need to prepay for future services.
